How Sportradar’s 4Sight Is Changing Viewer Behavior with GoldBet & Better

(St. Gallen).- Streaming has been a key component of an operator’s playbook for more than a decade, but today’s bettors are increasingly distracted as they seek out real-time statistics and analytics to inform their betting choices.

Data fuels engagement and today’s sports fans find significance in stories conveyed by statistics, diving into details about players and performance, increasing their attachment to a sport.
Given the newfound importance of data amongst modern sports fans, the introduction of AI- driven augmented streaming solutions enables operators to lean into this trend and drive engagement by incorporating data-driven insights and storytelling features into a live broadcast.
Sportradar was among the first to market with its augmented streaming solution, 4Sight. And in 2024 Italian leading sportsbook operator Lottomatica (through its brands Goldbet and Better) used the technology to elevate live streams of ATP 1000 events.
In the first 12 months of 4Sight being live across streams of ATP 1000 events, GoldBet and Better achieved the following:
• More viewers – 1,546 standard feed sessions vs. 2,914 4Sight sessions. 188% more sessions per event
• More turnover – 7% better turnover growth compared to the standard feed. Just
